The villa is vertical and consists of a large living room, separate kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet and hallway with boiler and washing machine on the ground floor.
On the upper attic floor there are two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom.
The villa has an independent heating system and split in both bedrooms on the first floor. The property has been recently renovated and does not require maintenance.
There are mosquito nets in all the windows and railings on the ground floor.
Externally the villa offers a garden that gives a feeling of peace, thanks to the two large canopies that shade the patios and a private garden with beautiful hedges.

During the summer period we are open every day from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00, also on Saturdays and Sundays. Autumn/winter closure on Mondays and Tuesdays.
